- Orders over AUD 120.0 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

- Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed within the same timeframe once business resumes.
Important: During peak periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
